Manager of Technical Operations & Process Engineering

Terry is responsible for the creation, adoption and management of processes related to the development, implementation and technical support disciplines at MIE.

Terry has 32 years of information technology experience, including 27 years with IBM. His expertise lies in project management for application development, help desk and desktop support teams. Terry spent the last nine years at IBM managing an outsourcing contract for a Fortune 500 enterprise, where he focused on customer satisfaction improvement.
