Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer

Eric is responsible for MIE financial performance and company operations. Prior to launching MIE with Doug Horner in 1995, Eric spent seven years as operations manager and systems support manager for Medisys, Inc., a medical-office software provider. His duties included negotiating and maintaining the company’s support contracts with its 75 largest accounts. He was also responsible for coordinating all engineering functions, including upgrades, new-customer installations, and integrating hardware, software, and installation services into turnkey operations.

Eric also served as hardware manager for Synergistic Business Infrastructures, where he supervised a technical staff that designed, installed, and maintained various hardware platforms. He holds a B.S. in business administration from Indiana Wesleyan University and an A.S. in electronics engineering technology from ITT Technical Institute.
