Formed in November 2004, AHMC & AHMC Healthcare Inc. is managed by the Board of Directors and our Corporate Executive Team. The Corporate Board of Directors provides oversight responsible for our corporate governance along with guidance of our activities, strategies and performance. The Corporation also assists the local management of each hospital to develop patient care programs addressing the unique needs of the patient population they serve.

Each affiliated facility functions independently under the leadership of its own Board of Governors and sets its own operational priorities, business plan objectives, and oversight for the quality of care provid ed by the Hospital.
