Team Size
20 players will be selected per team: 5 Attack, 8 Middies, 5 Defensemen, 2 Goalies
Training Camp
3-Day/2-Night Team Camp at Westminster School (Simsbury, CT)
Our 3-day/2-night team camp will allow players to grow as individual athletes and connect as a team in a FUN, competitive environment. Players will feel like pros throughout their stay at Westminster as they will sleep in a brand new, fully air conditioned dorm, eat team meals in the school dining room, watch & analyze game film from the Lehigh LaxFest Tournament and train on a state-of-the-art synthetic turf field during the day and under the lights at night.
The camp includes:
- Breakfast, lunch, dinner
- Individual skill development
- Speed & agility training
- Team concepts/strategies
- Scrimmages/shared practices with outside club program
- Film analysis of the 1st tournament team competes in
Practice Sessions
In addition to overnight training camp, players will participate in 3 two-hour practice sessions before tournaments to fine-tune individual skills & team concepts/strategies.

2Way Select will not be issuing custom helmets. We encourage players to represent their respective towns by wearing their program helmets.
