We will have one experienced high school coach, one current high school/college player and one current professional player-coach for each group of 21 players. We believe that the combination of our experienced high school coaches with top players in the country gives our campers lacrosse instruction from both a coaches' and players' perspective.

Everything we do at our camps is a combination of the top drills that we have experienced throughout our lacrosse careers. What we do is handpick the best of the best, and put them together to form what we feel is a practice plan that maximizes the overall experience of the player.

Below is an overview of what we like to work on with our players along with a "Your Day" timeline.

9:00 AM	Early birds with your professional coaches! We will work on specific techniques and skills with some of the most talented players in the game.
9:30 AM	Arrival, camp welcome, goals for the day, team meetings with coaches... All Campers meeting
10:00 AM	Skills & Drills
11:30 AM	Lunch In School Dining Hall
