  3. Cholesterol increased 4.61 points from 102.26 to 106.87
  4. Average Blood Pressure remained steady at 119/75, exactly where health professional want people to be.

Clearly those that had the greatest health risk indicators were motivated to change and those that already maintained healthy lifestyles remained in a healthy state, with the exception of a small percentage taking up nicotine use.
